After Session 8 of Season 6 Prax Arc
Kolyey is thinking of casting Divination, because she is wondering if all those attacks by her colleagues are Humakt’s way of telling her to worship someone else.
Kolyey waits until it stops raining, then goes to the temple of Humakt. She polished her armor and sword. Kolyey is bringing sacrifices too.
There are, as always, guards at the door. “Busnis?” One of them has bad Tradetalk.
“I need to ask the god a question.”
“Go in,” he growls. “Big ruum only.”
Kolyey nods. She makes her way to the big room. Kolyey looks around for priests, although she is prepared to cast Divination herself.
There is nobody there who might help her. Various initiates are present, but not Roneer or Varra, or anyone else she recognises as having rank.
Kolyey is not surprised by that. She will kneel before the altar (if there’s one). After a prayer, she will place her unsheathed sword on the floor in front of her. Then she casts Divination.
Lord, are all these attacks Your way of telling me to go serve someone else?

The magic of calling on the god is slow and complex, and Kolyey spends an hour in the shape of the Rune, eyes closed, facing the floor. The vision that grows in her mind is not one that she can hold for long – a sword fracturing, or else coming together? It is hard to make it out.
Lord, I don’t understand.
She has cramp in her neck, and her arms ache, and she is back on the floor of the Temple.
